1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and utilizing the B2B manufacturing services of Shri Radha Enterprises, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Quotations and Pricing

• All quotations provided via our website or email are valid for a period of 15 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in raw material costs (e.g., steel, nylon).
• Prices quoted are generally Ex-Works (Ludhiana) unless specific freight or CIF terms are agreed upon in writing.

3. Bulk Orders and Manufacturing

• Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) apply to all products and will be communicated during the quotation phase.
• Standard manufacturing tolerances apply to dimensions, weights, and finishes. Minor variations that do not affect the structural integrity or performance of the hardware are not considered defects.
• Lead times provided are estimates and commence only upon receipt of the agreed advance payment and final drawing approvals (if applicable).

4. Payment Terms

Standard payment terms require an advance deposit before the commencement of manufacturing, with the balance due before dispatch or against the scanned copy of the Bill of Lading (for exports), as explicitly stated in the formal invoice.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery of the goods to the carrier. Shri Radha Enterprises is not liable for delays in transit caused by shipping lines, customs clearance, or force majeure events.

6. Warranty and Liability

We warrant that our products will be free from manufacturing defects at the time of delivery. Our liability is strictly limited to the replacement of defective goods or refund of the purchase price. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms or our manufacturing services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ludhiana, Punjab.
